This webbing strap made with two male 1'' buckle allowing you to close the ORCA panniers as a handle. Roll the top and attach the ends together making a handle to carry the bags easier when not on bike. 

This can also be used to secure your load if you don't want to roll down your bag.  

Fit's on all ORCA sizes.
